Skull Slicer was a Skull Creature. A sporting champion before his death, he was revived and became a lieutenant of Kulta, the Skull Grinder.

The islander who would become known as "Skull Slicer" was once a famed Hammer Flush champion on Okoto, loved by many islanders.
His body was later reanimated by a Skull Spider Mask and he fell under the control of the Lord of Skull Spiders. He later began guarding the Arena in the Ancient City of the Mask Makers where he once competed.
Battle for the Ancient City[]
After the Toa passed through the city gate, having defeated the stationed Skull Warriors, Skull Slicer observed Lewa following his own path and followed him. When Lewa stopped to examine a sign at the Arena, Skull Slicer threw his Mask Grabber through the sign and took Lewa's Golden Mask of Jungle for his own. Lewa collapsed and Skull Slicer made his way into the Arena, though he was spotted by the other Toa. As the Toa entered hhe Arena, Skull Slicer donned Lewa's Golden Mask and began draining its elemental energy. He then began hopping around the raised pillars in the Arena, forcing the Toa to learn the rules of the game from a weakened Lewa.
Eventually Skull Slicer was pinned by Pohatu's Stormerangs and disarmed, however he used his extra arms to grab Tahu and use him as a shield. His efforts came to nothing because Kopaka managed to punch him in the face, which freed Tahu allowed them to reclaim Lewa's mask. Onua then won the game by smashing a lever, causing the floor to drop from underneath Skull Slicer and causing the entire Arena to collapse on top of the creature, crushing him.
Personality[]
Skull Slicer seemed to show traits similar to those of a psychopath, throughout his battle with the Toa he laughed maniacally. He was also quick thinking, able to grab Tahu and use him as a shield without thinking. Even when he appeared edefeated, he continued to laugh. He seemed to show delight in his enemies blunders and perils, laughing at Onua when he became stuck between two pillars.

Skull Slicer had the ability to extract elemental energy from Masks of Power by wearing them. He was skilled in combat and a difficult adversary due to his fast and erratic approach. He wielded three Razor Sharp Hook Blades, which could cut through rock. In addition, he carried a Mask Grabber and had Bone Spikes on his upper arms.
He also wore a Skull Spider Mask, which he discarded to wear the Golden Mask of Jungle.
